We are more than happy to discover that you are here and purchasing one of our courses/programs, whether it’s an instructor-led or virtual, self-paced course. It is one of our goals to ensure that everyone who engages with us has a rewarding experience through our courses and programs on their way to empowering and transforming their career.

As it is with almost everything in life, when it comes to transactions and purchases, there are terms and conditions that govern our Refund Policy. It is required that you agree to our Refund Policy when you make any purchases from us.

Self-Paced Course Refund Policy
When you purchased a self-paced course, the following are the conditions under which you may request and receive refund.
1. You must submit your request for refund within one week (7 days) of purchasing the course.
2. You must not have watched more than 20% of the course content (video or audio materials)
3. The self-paced course doesn’t have exam payment included. If it does, you will not be able to seek refund for the exam payment.
4. You will get the full refund, less 10% administrative charge.
If you don’t meet the above conditions, your request for refund will nor be accepted and as such, no refund would be made.
Live, Instructor Led Course Refund Policy
Live, Instructor Led courses and programs are such programs that are scheduled, and members of the class join the class via zoom or other platforms to meet and the Trainer joins live.
For Live, Instructor-Led courses, kindly note that all fees and charges are non-refundable once you register for the course and payment processing is finalized.

Other Information
1. If, at any time, you encounter any issues or challenges in the process of registering, paying, or accessing our courses and program, kindly reach out to us via hi@sixdots.io and we will respond right away.
2. Once your registration and payment is complete, you will receive confirmation email and receipt of payment. Our team will send you a mail on how to join the class, as well as the calendar invites with joining instruction.
3. SixDots may cancel any course or program if needed or absolutely required. When such becomes the case, registered students will be notified via email or other means of such cancellation and either a new date, alternative arrangement or a refund would be arranged with them.
4. You must NOT share, reproduce, distribute, or reuse any of course materials (video, slides, pdf etc) without express permission from SixDots. They remain the Intellectual Property of SixDots Growth Inc.
