Christine has over a decade of experience as a product leader across many bleeding edge industries, including gaming, social, adtech, and ecommerce. She is most recently Director of Product at PepsiCo, spearheading the mandate to enact digital transformation for a historically non-tech industry (Food & Beverages), and leading the DTC (direct-to-consumer) and B2B (business-to-business) product team from the ground up.

Prior to this, she worked at The RealReal, a startup that went through IPO in 2019, leading mission critical products such as purchase path and consigning experience, and at Amazon innovating social reading for Kindle and Goodreads.

I have led software development and business process improvement projects in blended PM/BA roles. I work full-time as a Lead Business Analyst, which includes performing BA tasks/duties as part of a Scrum team, as well as coaching a team of BAs. I hold the Certified Scrum Product Owner® and Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager certifications.

I am passionate about teaching and developing business analysts, and active in the business analysis community sharing my experience.
